Potassium dihydrogen phosphate Usage
1. Used in the food industry for the manufacture of baked goods, as a leavening agent, flavoring agent, fermentation aid, nutritional supplement, yeast food. Also used as a buffer, a chelating agent.
2. Used as a high-efficiency phosphorus-potassium compound fertilizer for a variety of soils and crops.
Storage & Transportation:
It should be stored in a dry and ventilating warehouse. Be cautious to keep away from moisture and hot; unloaded with care, so as to avoid the damage. Furthermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous substances.
